Our family name, Neti, traces back to the Italian netto and the Latin nitidus, words that carry the meaning of clarity, purity, and essence.
In finance, "net" is what remains after everything else is stripped away. The true value. The real number. We have carried that same idea into the work we do with people. What matters is never the noise on the surface. It is what remains underneath when the noise is gone.
Our approach: Most of the world chases work-life balance. We believe in work-life integration. Balance assumes two opposing forces. Integration builds a life where the two support each other—where the work you do reflects who you are, and the life you live makes your work stronger.
